Before establishing my notary business, I worked in marketing and administrative roles where I managed employee onboarding, I‑9 verification, sales support, client communication, collections, invoice creation and tracking, payment follow‑ups, purchasing, scheduling, and digital file management. I also handled social media management, helping maintain consistent, professional online engagement.These experiences strengthened my attention to detail and taught me the importance of professionalism, efficiency, and trust—qualities that now define my approach to notarial work.
Today, I apply this combined skill set to deliver seamless, compliant, and client‑focused services, including general notarization, mobile notary appointments, Remote Online Notarization (RON) and administrative support.
